Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or an error was made with the order.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
Handmade Quality
Due to the handmade nature of each piece, slight variations in color, pattern, texture, and design are part of the unique character of the jewelry and are not considered defects.
